Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at bagsandpack@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as new orders, and you will be required to return the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
